I need some help with a person on board not just messages. It says my phone won’t connect to the server when it’s connecting for other things I need my Jobulator app so I can earn a living. Please help you are charging me for the annual fee but I am not able to access Jobulator like I was in the past what’s wrong? It is not working when it worked before

I am having trouble with one
wolf creek local school district
site says you have indicated you would not like to see available assignments at school
this is not true
i want to see assignments at the wolf creek local school district
i called school school district and they could not reset
please help me so i can get assignments at wolf creek local school district
i want to contiue seeing the other schools i have. they are working great

Since Covid---I have only had 2 jobs. Now Jobulator has quit working. I plug in my information and it won't take it....What is going on?
I have told so many friends how great this app used to be. After reading all the complaints above I wonder. So I am looking for a phone number for customer service.....yet to be found......I want to rejoin....up to you whether this will happen or not!

I want to change my automatic payment to a yearly payment. Also, My credit card was hacked and is no cancelled. so you will not be able to get any payment for any months at this time. I am very disappointed with the way you have no phone number to contact anyone.

I have subbed for Thorndale ISD in Texas for many years. The past week, I have received calls, and after I sign in on my iPhone, the job disappears, and it is gone. Can you get back to me quickly so I will not miss any more jobs.?

When I get jobs, they appear on my Jobulator calendar. But, when I go to a job, the job will not open up so I can read all of the information about that particular job. ( I cannot see the name of the school, name of the teacher, times of the job, or any instruction if the teacher has left them. I have always had good success using this app until now. I like this app but need my problem to be fixed, please. Let me know that this can be fixed. I have been putting in the same credentials has I was using last school year in May. You promised me back in April that you were going to give me $12.50 credit for Jobulator since school was not in session March, April, May, and June yet you charged me the full amount of $49.99 I am very upset and want this corrected. You should only have charged me $37.49 Please let e know that you are going to correct this. Thank you in advance.
PS if you are not going to honor above, then I want it cancelled because as it is, school may not be in session at all most of the school year.
